ICSR submissions is one of most tedious & critical process of every PV operations. More no. of efforts & resources are required for the accurate and proper submissions of the ICSRs in various countries. It is very much important to be aware about regional country specific submissions rules & their submission timelines, a single mistake/human error in judging in submissions rules and timelines may result in a severe regulatory deviation in late submission of the ICSR report.
Hence, We at Sarjen Systems developed “PvEdge®-Autoscheduling Pro” module in which all the country specific submission rules were configured in the backend in the system. Once the case will be processed and routed in the submission user, the system will itself fire the country specific report with the particular type of format (R2/R3 XML/CIOMS).
Once the report will be fired from “Auto scheduling module Pro” it will directly go to the gateway interface where it will be automatically transmitted to corresponding regulatory authority as per the reportability of the case. Once the ICSR XML will get transmitted, the authority will revert with the acknowledgement through the gateway only. Which will be available in the PvEdge®.
With our Automated submission module client will be able to submit the cases globally via gateway, which will save a lot of resources (Apprx 70%) & time of every PV operations.
